this is the 3rd Christmas in a row I have had a difficult time with Williams Sonoma online ordering. First year, trepidation over ordered gifts not being received, too confusing to go into.

Second year, product ordered came totally broken, bottles empty - only to be told the product was no longer available. Took a loooong time to get reimbursement. This year - one product ordered, but one each to two recipients. Online ordering couldn't handle it, very frustrating - called nearest store, and the ship to addresses were all wrong.

And, they couldn't make the changes !!!!

had to wait for UPS?Fedex (nor sure which one at this point) to be contacted, and I hoped at this point they would rectify the situation. A few weeks of anxiety, not knowing if my expensive gifts were going to end up in the right place....................NEVER AGAIN!!
