I was looking for pillowcases that went with a sheet set i purchased in spring. I couldn't find them at my local store and everyone were clearly too busy to help.

When i arrived at home i found them on their site and they were clearance. I ordered several of them August 24th. After 2 weeks I contacted customer care via email and they didn't answer any questions on why there wasn't any movement on my order, instead just told me to check online for tracking updates. I shop at William's Sonoma and this year has been the worst for customer care and delivery time.

I checked my williams Sonoma credit card transactions and noticed the transaction was charged and returned at more 3 locations.. anyhow, over a month later i received them.

I love the store and product and was in no rush for pillowcases. I was just really disappointed in the service this year.
