I ordered a French Press from this company which was improperly packed (a loose measuring spoon inside the glass) and arrived broken. I received a small nick on my finger while unpacking and first tried the online chat who told me they could only give me credit as a gift card which I don't want.

I asked for a replacement properly packed and they actually said they could not properly pack the item. I called back to speak to a supervisor, Travis Lively, whose rudeness was beyond believeable. He said that as I nicked my finger he could do nothing for me and kept repeating that line. I tried calling corporate and was disconnected.

For the money they charge you would think they could handle simple customer service.

No satisfaction is forthcoming from Williams Sonoma and I am out $60.00. Order form them at your own risk.

Monetary Loss: $60.
