Placed order 5/2/2018 then tried to call and cancel less than 5 minutes after.

1st call. Customer service told me no problem we can get this cancelled. Nope....

2nd call. Called again to cancel, was told that we can log into UPS and redirect the package. 100% no problem it would be redirected through that method. nope....

3rd call. Called again supervisor told me that she does not have redirect ups in their contract (BS I ship with UPS, she just didn't want to help). Said I can call and redirect it (you cannot redirect a package that you are not sender).

Most likely their store policy is to buy time until product arrives so they can get less cancelled orders. Check other reviews all about the same thing.
