This is the 3rd time it's happened to me - and the last.

Place an order online, they charge your card, give an estimated delivery date.

The date comes and goes, they check into it and see "that it is still in fulfillment". At that point they can't give anymore info until it ships…

The items sometime will show, weeks after ordering. Sometimes orders just seem to go astray… call them and they "apologize for the inconvenience" and offer to order it again for you… (begin feedback loop, see paragraph #2.)

Don't order if you need something that's time sensitive, like a gift, you might be disappointed or pissed.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Delayed delivery.
