Rejuvenation changed the price on our orders without our consent to a much higher amount. They shipped the items even after I told them "NO, I will not pay that "!
Then they said we had to return the items to get our money back, which we immediately did, see attachment.
They agree we are owed a refund , but they never actually issue it.
We have contacted them approximately 20 times to get this resolved.
Now they are saying we owe them $41.67 and that they can't proceed with our refund unless we agree to give the $41.67 dollars. They don't say what the $41.67 dollars is for, but we agreed to it so we can get some of our money back.
Cody left us a voice-mail saying they had to deduct 41.67 . We still have the voice-mail as evidence if needed.

They keep telling us they will refund but never do. They fraudulently used our visa card to charge us a higher price WHICH WE DID NOT AUTHORIZE THEM TO DO!!

Received two Wusthof knives for Christmas, one from my wife for which I had a receipt. Another from a relative for which I had no receipt.
I wanted a larger knife than the second knife. I had 3 lines to wait in on 12/26 which is understandable, but unnecessary if the first person had listened well. But they would not credit the return to allow me to purchase a more expensive knife. Contacting the company with a very detailed note elicited an answer that had to be selected from boiler plate because it did not address my specific issue, just asked me to send in the order number etc which I dont have.
As a retired retailer common sense would tell me to make the exchange. You take in a little revenue at no risk and you please and keep a customer.
We will never shop there again. The kitchens in our homes are filled with products from W/S, but never again, they have lost their way

DO NOT BUY A BREVILLE 12-CUP FOOD PROCESSOR -- its spindle breaks with light use. My Williams-sonoma store manager refused to refund or help, and Breville chose to ignore repeated complaints. .
