Wedding registry nightmare

1) Friend went to a physical store in Tulsa, OK and moron at the store directed her to an $800 cookware set not on our wedding registry. 2) We received TWO of the cookware sets. Again, did not list this item on our registry. 3) Returned one with a WS return label. Paid $60 to return the duplicate set to my friend for her to return to physical store 4) We received an eCard for credit and we are unable to Create an Account on the website to access the card. 5) Customer Service has been unable to remedy the problem. 6) This debacle has transpired over a month

Service render by Manger at Bethesda, MD and Customer Service in Headquarters are questionable. He refused to issue me a Gift Receipt for a Wedding Registry. Debra/Headquarters did it gracefully!

It is a shame that unskilled and with no tact people are placed as Managers, in important locations as Bethesda, MD. They should work better to keep the reputation Williams Sonoma worked hard for decades.

I DO Ordered 6 weeks ago Micro Wave Pedestal. NO ONE KNOWS WHERE IT IS , WHEN it will be delivered. WORST Computer system. On hold NO SUPERVISOR, ESCALATION SUPERVISOR or LEAD SUPERVISOR OR EXPEDITOR will call me back for 48 hours. Still on hold over 2 hours. I have a crew waiting to complete kitchen and clients waiting to move in. EVERYOTHER APPLIANCE AND COMPANY send updates on delivery, kept in touch as to delivery and was excellent. ONly company that failed is WS and absolutely no one cares. NEVER AGAIN.

WILLIAMS Sonoma (Rejuvenation sister company of Williams Sonoma)

Order#WO0120**** and WO0120****

Rejuvenation changed the price on our orders without our consent to a much higher amount. They shipped the items even after I told them "NO, I will not pay that "!

Then they said we had to return the items to get our money back, which we immediately did, see attachment.

They agree we are owed a refund , but they never actually issue it.

We have contacted them approximately 20 times to get this resolved.

Now they are saying we owe them $41.67 and that they can't proceed with our refund unless we agree to give the $41.67 dollars. They don't say what the $41.67 dollars is for, but we agreed to it so we can get some of our money back.

Cody left us a voice-mail saying they had to deduct 41.67 . We still have the voice-mail as evidence if needed.

Here is a copy of OUR email agreeing to pay the $41.67 dollars......Sent to:

They keep telling us they will refund but never do. They fraudulently used our visa card to charge us a higher price WHICH WE DID NOT AUTHORIZE THEM TO DO!!

I ordered Easter candy and a bottle of EVOO, all of which were to be delivered BEFORE Easter. Nothing arrived and when I looked up the delivery today, 4/19, it was scheduled for 4/21-4/25, not my idea of before. The CSR did put through a full refund but that doesnt negate my disappointment in not having my order delivered on time.

Poor service and response to complaint

Received two Wusthof knives for Christmas, one from my wife for which I had a receipt. Another from a relative for which I had no receipt.

I wanted a larger knife than the second knife. I had 3 lines to wait in on 12/26 which is understandable, but unnecessary if the first person had listened well. But they would not credit the return to allow me to purchase a more expensive knife. Contacting the company with a very detailed note elicited an answer that had to be selected from boiler plate because it did not address my specific issue, just asked me to send in the order number etc which I dont have.

As a retired retailer common sense would tell me to make the exchange. You take in a little revenue at no risk and you please and keep a customer.

We will never shop there again. The kitchens in our homes are filled with products from W/S, but never again, they have lost their way

DO NOT BUY A BREVILLE 12-CUP FOOD PROCESSOR -- its spindle breaks with light use. My Williams-sonoma store manager refused to refund or help, and Breville chose to ignore repeated complaints. .

With light occasional use, this $300 machine broke and became useless. Its machine base works fine, but the plastic bowl has a center spindle that chipped *** in the base of the bowl, so it leaks profusely and becomes useless. Replacing the bowl assembly costs about as much as a new Waring blender, so that's what I am going to buy. Never again will I purchase a Breville product or patronize Williams Sonoma.

As I was checking out I pushed a wrong button and inadvertently purchased a membership I do not want or need!! I call you immediately after realizing the charge on my Discover was $99. more than expected. After a 45 min hold, I was told by two different supervisors that the membership is non refundable! I am 77 years old, and I was only trying to purchase croissants for our family Christmas breakfast. Your policy is TOTALLY unfair.
