Williams Sonoma - Warm cheese delivered

I ordered a French cheese selection (3) online and it was delivered warm, with the dry ice completely melted. One of the cheeses was moldy! I called WS to complain and they sent another one free. Unfortunately, this box arrived warm, as well, with no dry ice to keep it cool. DO NOT ORDER cheese from Williams Sonoma.

Williams Sonoma - Order incorrect

Two items shipped were incorrect, the color on the embroidery was the wrong color on the larger rope, and the wash towels were not embroidered. Placed new order and returning the other items. Happy with the service being provided.
