On 11-24 I bought 20 gingerbread houses for $1500 with a promised delivery date by 12-10. Third year in a row purchase (and last).

Checked online today as none delivered and new promise date is 12-17. Customer service tells me since they have a supplier that ships them they have zero control over the supplier, have no idea for the reason for the delay, and no way to expedite.

They did offer to find out the reason if I would call back in 2 days. Williams Sonoma has zero customer service !!!!!!!!!
