Ordered a knife set November 22 with stated delivery date December 8. Sent email December 6 looking for an update to which they responded December 8 saying it was being processed (the day it was supposed to arrive).

Still hadn't shipped by December 14th so called them and spent 40 minutes waiting online to finally to connect with a CS rep who said they weren't sure why but would have someone call back asap. No call back. Sent them and email to CANCEL the order on December 14 as could not risk it not arriving in time (instead went to the local Williams Sonoma store and bought something similar). Received a response SIX DAYS LATER saying it had shipped...nearly a full month after it was originally ordered and after cancelling.

Clearly they waited until it was shipped before responding to my cancellation request.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Dreadful customer service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1.
