I just lost my dad and I am in the process of planning the arrangements,I was distraught and angry for no reason at all,I was having triooble with the website and when I called I was already ready to just scream when the rep answered and I was beyond agitated and to be honest rude. When the rep answered she was still pleasant.

I was still rude As we talked and she helped me find the exact item I needed I apologized and told her that I had lost my dad,she explained that she too had lost her dad and explained that she understood. I tried asking for her info so that I can send lunch or a gift card. She said that's not needed just promise to try and rest,and cry whenever I need to.Nobody told me that thru this whole process. And it is exactly what I needed to hear at that moment.

Ariane G. (Which is all she would give me) should get a KUDOS and whoever trained her should as well. This call needs to be used for training purposes.

I AM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!! First experience A1!!
