Purchased a spice rack in mid February and it warned me that it was back ordered, but it had an ETA at the end of the month.

Now I get zero notifications that it has been pushed back further, the only way to find that out is to login to my account and check the status.

Called in and their only suggestion was to continue waiting for it.

Their online store is backwards and archaic. Spend your money elsewhere, or at least a place that can give you realistic expectations instead of excuses.

For the prices they charge for things I definitely expected better customer service. They pale in comparison to other online retailers.
