I ordered several holiday online items that were on clearance. 4 days later, and after receiving a confirmation, I was sent an email stating that my order had been canceled because the online price was incorrect.
When I called, I was told that the items were no longer available for that price. When I received my partial order, the order slip said that my other items were on backorder. This is clearly not true, because the items are in stock and being sold online for the regular price. It appears that the website pricing was wrong and WS is not honoring the advertised pricing.
I have called customer service twice and stayed on hold over 30 minutes each time.
I cannot get a live person on the phone. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of service I have received...and I just opened an account with them.
