I ordered items from Williams Sonoma as a Christmas gift on December 13th.I was told the items would be shipped immediately and would arrive in plenty of time for the holidays.
Instead, Williams Sonoma waited 8 days to get my packages to UPS and used a shipping service that does not deliver on holidays. Now I'm being told by UPS I will not get my package until the 29th. When I called Williams Sonoma to see what they could do, they were rude, blamed UPS, and offered no solution to the problem.
This is the last time I will purchase something from Williams Sonoma.
Monetary Loss: $150.
